Purchasing of Items

Items obtained through the Unboxing game may, at your discretion, be exchanged for Site credits at the conversion rates displayed for each individual item. Any credits awarded through such an exchange will be added to your account balance.

Site credits have no cash value and may only be used on the Site. Credits are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and may not be transferred between users under any circumstances.

If you choose not to place an order for delivery of a won item and fail to provide the required delivery information within twenty-four (24) hours, the item will be deemed forfeited and returned to the Company. In such cases, a corresponding amount of Site credits, as determined by the Company, may be credited to your account.

Account

Only one account per customer/IP/household is permitted. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended, or closed. If you already have an account registered, you can't open another account. Therefore, pending delivery requests and liabilities from the company may be voided if there is a breach of our terms of service.

You may not share your account with any other person or share account information (login details, etc.). You may not allow other people to use their account or use an account other than your own.

By topping up an amount to your funverse.tw wallet, you accept that the credits received (labeled by the respective signs) are not worth real money.

Gameplay Instructions

How Mysterious Box Game Mode Works

The participant can open virtual "box" (each a "box") that contain various digital representations of real-world items (each an "Item"). A participant can click on a Case to view its contents; each Item is on display and given a cash value. Any Case can be "opened" for a price, which is on display and determined by the value of the Case's contents. The participant can pay Cases Cash to open the Case, at which time all Items are spun through a reel at the top of the screen and the participant wins the Item that's on display (a "Winning") when the reel stops spinning. The Item on display when the reel stops is chosen randomly.

How Battle Game Mode Works

  1. Tap Create Battle
  2. Pick a mode (1v1, Group, or Team).
  3. Choose boxes and set buy-in.
  4. Confirm and wait for players or play with bots — battle starts when full.

Shipping Policy

The shipping process consists of the following three stages:

  1. Item Selection and Information Submission: Users may select eligible items from their inventory through their Funverse account. To proceed with a shipping request, users are required to provide certain personal information, such as the recipient's name and delivery address, which is necessary to fulfill the shipment. All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Shipping Fee Payment: Depending on the user's location and the selected items, a flat shipping fee may be required in order to initiate and submit a shipping request. Applicable fees will be displayed prior to confirmation of the request.
  3. Order Fulfillment and Delivery: Once the shipping request has been submitted, payment has been completed, and delivery details have been confirmed, Funverse will place the order with its fulfillment partners. Items are shipped directly to the user by third-party logistics providers, and delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of those external service providers.

Funverse does not operate shipping or delivery services directly and is not responsible for the actions, delays, or failures of third-party carriers. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and for any reason, to cancel an order, invalidate a shipping quote, or suspend or refuse any current or future access to the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice and without liability to you or any third party.

Shipping Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped during business days only. Shipments do not occur on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

The estimated delivery timeframe is typically 7–21 business days, depending on the product type and destination. This timeframe applies to deliveries within the United States (US), the United Kingdom (UK), and the European Economic Area (EEA). If a significant shipping delay is anticipated, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping

For destinations outside the US, UK, and EEA—including but not limited to India, Turkey, Mexico, or other international locations—estimated processing and delivery times may range from 10–28 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur during periods of high demand. If a substantial delay arises, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after shipment. You may also view the status of your orders within your Funverse account dashboard.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Funverse is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs, VAT, or import taxes—are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

Funverse is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipment. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim.

If you believe your item was lost in transit, please contact our support team for assistance. Supporting documentation may be required before any resolution is considered.

Returns

Returns are only eligible in cases where items are incorrect, damaged, defective, or not as described. To initiate a return request, you must contact us within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. Your request must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where applicable.

Upon receiving your request, Funverse will review the claim and, where applicable, coordinate with the relevant supplier or merchant. If a return request is denied by the supplier, Funverse shall not be obligated to issue a refund or replacement.

Returned items must include original packaging and be in unused, unworn, and original condition. Items returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, replacement items of the same or similar value may be credited to your inventory, at Funverse's discretion.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are permitted only prior to shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@funverse.tw as soon as possible.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation if shipment has already begun. If a cancellation is approved, the value of the order may be returned to your inventory as items or credits of equivalent value, at Funverse's discretion.

Funverse and all related Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We make no representations or warranties that Funverse or the Services will meet your requirements, expectations, or needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, security, title, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that access to Funverse or use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from loss of content or data. We make no warranty regarding the availability, performance, or functionality of Funverse or any content, materials, features, or services provided through the Website.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any information, content, or materials on Funverse at any time, without notice, and without any obligation to update such materials.

We make no warranties or representations regarding any goods, virtual items, or services purchased or obtained through Funverse, or any transactions entered into through the Website. No warranties of any kind arise from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade, beyond those expressly stated in these Terms of Service.

Third-Party Links

Funverse may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation by us of any such third-party websites or their content.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Funverse may allow users to upload, submit, or share content, including messages posted in chatrooms or other interactive features ("User-Generated Content").

All User-Generated Content is the sole responsibility of the user who submits it. We do not endorse, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality, legality, or reliability of any User-Generated Content, whether expressly or implicitly, and we expressly disclaim any liability arising from such content.

Violations of Law

Access to Funverse and use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the Website or Services in violation of applicable law is strictly prohibited.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in, attempted to engage in, or intend to engage in any unlawful activity in connection with Funverse or the Services, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to any unlawful acts committed by you or other users in connection with the use of the Services.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your account and these Terms of Service.

SUSPENSION & INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES

The Services provided by Funverse may be suspended, temporarily or permanently, from time to time for various reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  • Scheduled maintenance: We may suspend access to the Services to perform essential maintenance, updates, or improvements. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice and seek to conduct such maintenance during periods of low activity on the Website.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control: This includes, but is not limited to, technical failures, network disruptions, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to inform users of the nature and expected duration of the service interruption.

Final Provisions

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We are committed to providing a high standard of service and maintaining an effective internal complaints handling procedure designed to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact our support team at support@funverse.tw. Where a matter can be resolved immediately, we will confirm the corrective actions taken.

If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, your complaint will be formally reviewed and escalated internally where necessary. In such cases, we will inform you of the steps being taken and aim to resolve the matter within five (5) business days, keeping you reasonably informed of progress.

In the rare event that a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal procedures, your complaint will be reviewed by a member of our senior management team. If no further resolution is possible, we will notify you in writing that the internal complaints process has been exhausted.

At that point, you may refer the matter to an independent external dispute resolution provider, where available and applicable.

Chargebacks

You are required to contact support@funverse.tw and attempt to resolve any payment-related issue with us before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal. Failure to do so may result in account suspension, termination, or further action, as chargebacks can cause significant administrative and financial harm to the Company.

Inventory and Price Adjustment

To protect against price manipulation, technical errors, or abnormal market behavior, Funverse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust item values in user inventories. This may include converting an item's value back into account balance credits or exchanging the item for another item of equivalent value, where appropriate.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Funverse is committed to maintaining high standards of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. We implement appropriate policies, procedures, and controls designed to prevent the use of our Services for money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activities, and require our management and employees to adhere to all applicable AML laws and regulations.
